The Merger is a blend of Tempranillo, Pinotage and Pinot Noir in equal amounts, again hand harvested, fermented separately with wild yeasts and matured separately in American and French oak producing a smooth, rich, medium bodied wine with complex characters. This blend is unique to us and has previously been well awarded. The wine is good to cellar for 10 years and only 900 bottles were produced. Drink now or cellar. Updated18/3/25
