Lynda and Julian Ball welcome you to the House of Ball, we are the viticulturists and winemakers for our artisan operation and we offer hosted accommodation on the western hills of the Waipara Valley.

Accommodation is available for a minimum of 2 nights.

Just 45 minutes north of Christchurch - en route to Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura and Marlborough.

The House of Ball offers a tranquil retreat with superb views across the valley. With prior notice we also offer the option of an evening meal. We have our own boutique winery, vineyard and olive grove set amongst rolling downs.

Choice of a Queen room or and a Twin room with ensuite bathroom.

We serve a delicious continental and/or cooked breakfast using home grown or local produce as possible. You are welcome to join us for an evening meal (by arrangement) accompanied by a selection of House of Ball wine.
